Lisa Testa

Lisa Testa graduated from The Ohio State College of Optometry in 1990, and started her own practice in 2001.  She is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Ohio Optometric Association, and is a member of Vision Source.  She became involved in Scouting in 2003, when her son joined Cub Scouts. First, she was a committee member of Pack 3215, and then treasurer for the pack.  She followed her son to Boy Scouts where she was a member of Committee and Craft Show Chair at Troop 334, and then treasurer at Troop 215.  She has volunteered at the District level, first as Friends of Scouting Chair, and then as the Lakes District Chair from 2009-2014.  She received her Wood Badge Beads in 2011 having completed course
C-32-10.  She received the Commodore of the Lake award in 2010, and the District Award of Merit in 2014.  She is a member of St Francis de Sales Church where she was on Parish Council from 2006-2009, and she has been a member of the choir since 2007.  She resides in Green with her husband Joe, who is Scoutmaster of Troop 215, and her son, Andrew, who received his Eagle Scout award in 2013.



District Vice-Chairman / Administration




The Vice-Chair of Administration is responsible to the District Chairman for the successful functioning of the district’s two administration committees.


  • Helps build a plan for growth and service in the district.
  • Recruits, appoints, supervises and motivates a staff in the following district administration committees:  Finance and Membership.
  • Reports to the district chairman the progress and needs of the administration committees.
  • Helps select and recruit personnel to fill key positions.
  • Conducts regular committee meetings to plan, report and expedite support and service to meet objectives.
  • Participates in the council/district planning conferences for program planning and goal setting.
  • Attends district committee meetings and reports on the needs and status of the administration committees.
