James Schweikert District Chair

James comes from Pack 3330, Pack Chairman (2013-2014), and was Lakes District Vice-Chairman (2013-2014). James was an active Cub Scout in his youth with Pack 203 in Marietta, OH, receiving his Arrow of Light award. James is also a Boy Scout alumnus. James resides in Green with his wife Staci, Friends of Scouting Steering Chair for Lakes District, and their two sons Thomas and Andrew, both of Pack 3330.

James is currently a Partner in the Intellectual Property group in the Akron office of Hahn Loeser and Parks, LLP. He is admitted to practice law in

Lisa Testa

Lisa Testa graduated from The Ohio State College of Optometry in 1990, and started her own practice in 2001. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Ohio Optometric Association, and is a member of Vision Source. She became involved in Scouting in 2003, when her son joined Cub Scouts. First, she was a committee member of Pack 3215, and then treasurer for the pack. She followed her son to Boy Scouts where she was a member of Committee and Craft Show Chair at Troop 334, and then treasurer at Troop 215. She has volunteered at the District level, first as Friends of Scouting Chair, and then as the Lakes District Chair from 2009-2014. She received her Wood Badge Beads in 2011 having completed course
